With the fourth rounds of negotiations starting this week without much hope on both sides, today I want to give you some comments on the missing progress in the EU-UK trade negotiations.
The third round of negotiations on Britain’s exit from the EU also ends without progress – and an important period will soon expire. EU chief negotiator Barnier warns of the risk of a disorderly Brexit.
